This might be the end of Summer House as we know it! Bravo producers are reportedly exploring new options for the long-running seriesand are officially saying goodbye to the original Hamptons house.
A source tells Us Weekly that “The next season of Summer House will not be in the original house,” adding that producers have “talked about a different location, making it a spinoff show and possibly a new cast.”
Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, and Lindsay Hubbard have already pivoted to In the City (which premieres May 19), and the source confirms that “Original cast members like Kyle, Amanda, and Lindsay will be focusing on the In the City show moving forward.”
As for Ciara Miller (who just joined DWTS), the source says “It is unclear whether Ciara will return to Summer House in any capacity. She has to make a decision and has discussed exiting and focusing on other projects (like former costar and close friend Paige DeSorbo).”
In other words, it sounds like most of the original Summer House cast is ready to move on, so things could be up in the air for the likes of Carl Radke, West Wilson, and Jesse Solomon, not to mention the newcomers this season like fan-favorite KJ Dillard.
Buuut if a spin-off is coming, it’s definitely possible that Bravo will try to bridge the gap between the new house and the old house with some of the newer cast members brought on this year. Stay tuned?
